ABSTRACT
In order to reduce circuit size and power consumption under high voltage process, the core-circuit must work in low voltage condition. Therefore, a LDO (Low Dropout Regulator) circuit is designed in the novel intergraded circuit. In addition, to ensure that it can generate 5 volts in output while a reference voltage in-depends on power supply and temperature. However, we need to solve a circuit to work in high voltage condition and it has high power consumption.
