ABSTRACT
Learning emphasis of higher education is future employability and preparation of professional expertise. Developed for more than 70 years, technical and vocational education in Taiwan not only cultivates outstanding talents of various fields by virtue of its adaptive and flexible multi-style learning environment but also presents leading professional knowledge and strength. (Department of Technological and Vocational Education, 2012). Technical and vocational education of our country
and development as the first consideration and be urgent to cultivate university students’ career competitiveness. Establishing correct concept of career competitiveness during university will help new graduates shorten adaptive phase. Therefore, Ministry of Education actively gives impetus to innovative measures and programs, enhances core competence of nationals and school students and constructs competency-oriented educating ability standards. (Ministry of Science and Technology, 2012).
