ABSTRACT
System dynamics is a tool for management analysis, created by J.W. Forrester in 1956. It can be integrated with other technical aspects and relevant theories for simulation and analysis to seek the best solution (Forrester, 1961; Sterman, 2000). Therefore, it has been comprehensively applied to many fields (Pearce et al., 2012; Swinerd et al., 2012; Madahian et al., 2012).
