ABSTRACT
Transformation happens all the time in human history, especially where architecture styles are concerned. The form of architecture, which is called architectural style, is influenced by technology and design trend. Modernism, which is one of architecture styles, is probably influenced by technology the most and is the most popular style in recent centuries. According to Le Corbusier (1923/1927) “The house is a machine for living in”. Modernists thought that everything is designed for using such as cars, which are machines used for move. The first concern about machines should be their efficiency t. After both the Industrial Revolution in the 19th century and the Bauhaus in 1919, there were great changes in building style around different areas of the world (Jencks, 1973).
