Today’s design education should focus on replacing previous sheer modeling study and creation by cultivating multiple professional skills. Innovative designers promote the development of the cultural and creative industry. Thus, in design education, teachers should allow the exploration of design thinking, emotion, and skills aspects to realize “creativity-based life and life-based creativity” and encourage talented people, locally and abroad, to participate and bring new vigor into the cultural, innovative, and design industry. Existing educational institutions providing design ability training produce nearly 10,000 graduates every year that can saturate the design industry in Taiwan. However, not all graduates are qualified to work

teaching methods they could adopt to help students transform their thinking, knowledge, and skills in creative design into capability. These students are prospective practitioners and users of life aesthetics, who must face challenges in the future.
