ABSTRACT

Pickle Museum, is specified for brand strategy and design specifications. Finally, a new series of pickled product packaging design is developed to verify how to convert market needs into Hakka cultural features. The main purpose of this study are to explore the current status of major brands of pickled products in Miaoli area through industry survey, to conduct a brand image survey by focus group for brand design and development strategy based upon market positioning. Finally, a new series of package design for a specific brand in Miaoli is developed.
