ABSTRACT

Current Regulations The commonest form of doping control applied by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is to test urine specimens for the presence of drugs on a list of prohibited substances. In competition tests are conducted on the winners and other randomly selected competitors. Out of competition tests are also conducted at various times

during the year, without advance warning; the athlete must provide details of his or her whereabouts on a continuous basis in order to allow such testing when required by the regulators.
