ABSTRACT
The automatic test system is an integrated system composed of parameter tests of jiggle switch pre travel (PT), over travel (OT), movement dierential (MD), operating force (OF), total travel force (TF) and releasing force (RF), at the same time it can also detect whether there is poor contact on the jiggle switch
because of some dirt at the contact point or because of surface concave and convex. It is intended to be used in verification, inspection, selecting jiggle switch for jiggle switch manufacturers and machine manufacturers.
