ABSTRACT
Now, “the human being is entering into a digital society and the influence of digital information on human life have been or are being more than traditional media. The library which makes the collection of records of human civilization as the responsibility should have enough preparation.”As the library of Higher Vocational College, in the social raging demand like a storm today, we should serve the community, use our own advantages, combined with the local district public libraries and other institutions to construct a public cultural service platform of adapting to the digital age, in order to achieve a better public services and serve society. The application and popularization of mobile network technology in wireless network, represented by 3G technology make the environment more accessible. Its positive, open, fresh ways of service will eventually become normalized, universal handheld tool, therefore, it is imperative to construct a mobile digital library.
