ABSTRACT
Daily management and service of students can’t be separated from the student managers who not only bear the duties of teaching and educating, but also bear the responsibility of management and service-based education. Currently, the college student managers are busy with the daily management and administrative aairs every day, serving as roles of “interpreter” and “nanny”, which have a serious impact on eectively play of managers’ educational function to college students , make student managers’ education work standstill, make the overall quality of college student management team construction stay at a low level for a long term, and lead to lacks of proper guidance and cultivation in ideological education work for college students.
