ABSTRACT

In 1975, The Belgrade Charter was adopted by the United Nations conference on the environment. It states: “The goal of environmental education is to develop a world population that is aware of, and concerned about, the environment and its associated problems, and which has the knowledge, skills, attitudes, motivations, and commitment to work individually and collectively toward solutions of current problems and the prevention of new ones.”[1] Mostly environmental education focus on environmental literacy. As an important part of it, college students’ environmental literacy needs to pay more attention. At the age of internet, new ways can be adopted to foster college students’ environmental literacy to make it more eciently.
