ABSTRACT
From the above characteristics, we can be seen that one curriculum system cannot meet all these requirements. So the aim of talent cultivation must be emphasized. In national key universities, the aim is the cultivation of innovative and high-end professional talents. In higher vocational education, the training of personnel of low-end professional skilled technology should be taken care of. But it is difficult to formulate the aim of talent cultivation for many local undergraduate universities. How to accurate positioning of personnel training objectives is a key problem about the survival and development of them.
