ABSTRACT
The rise and fall of colleges and universities, a direct impact on livelihood issues of national energy security, economic development and the people, plays an important role in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, how to deposit is the university sustained, rapid and ecient development of great economic significance and far-reaching strategic implications. Employability training strategy in colleges and universities in the development process has been to protect the university sustained, healthy and rapid development has made a significant contribution.
