The study of axial forces with the purpose of realization combined process “helical rolling-pressing”

To remove restrictions on length of blank piece and provide the process continuity with probable combination of continuous process (for example, rolling) and equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) into the one process. The theoretical substantiation and practical realization of the combined process on the basis of longitudinal rolling in smooth rolls and equal channel angular echelon matrix [2] were made in the works [3-6]. The results of these works have revealed the prospectivity of creation of such combined processes.
