Maritime transportation On seaport development and reform and their institutional determinants: A new theoretical approach

This paper aims a better understanding of ports and their institutional reform related to port development. A short review of literature and a new theoretical view will concern the two key terms seaport and institution. Then, a short review of literature and a new approach will concern this paper’s main matter: the seaport institutional reform, considered as a significant part of the strategic interventions to port development, and its most determinant factors.
