ABSTRACT
Radiation therapy is a form of cancer treatment that uses ionizing radiation to kill cancer cells. e success of modern radiation therapy heavily relies on computations. With the recent advancements in imaging and treatment technologies, it is faced with two conicting requirements. ey are the invention of novel algorithms for certain clinical purposes and the challenge to solve these problems arising from computations eciently for clinical applications.
