ABSTRACT

The meaning of this paper is proving surface-applying corrosion inhibitors to sea sand concrete can effectively delay steel bar corrosion. By comparing the compressive strength of surface-applying corrosion inhibitors to sea sand concrete with that of river sand concrete, proving use sea sand in concrete has little adverse effect on concrete. By comparing the anticorrosion effect of several corrosion inhibitors in sea sand concrete with the anticorrosion effect of sodium nitrite, proving sur face-applying corrosion inhibitors to sea sand concrete is an effect way to inhibiting corrosion of steel bar.
