Correlation between species distribution and leaching properties of Pb in contaminated sediment

Sediment is special and important component of water ecological environment. On one hand, it decreases water pollution through absorption and fixation. On the other hand, the absorbed and fixed pollutants may be released with mutative environment, which will induce the second pollution and human health damage through aquatic organism food chain transfer (Wu et al. 2005, Zhang & Ke 2004).
