ABSTRACT: The vehicle-washing wastewater was analyzed as the research object, by using ordinary aluminum materials as anodic and cathodic electrodes, saturated actived carbon as filler materials, passing into the air from bottom to form three-dimensional electrode fluidized bed reactor. The operational parameters including cell voltage, electrode distance, airflow, electrolytic time, quantity of activated carbon etc were discussed on the removal rate of COD. The results showed that when the cell voltage was 30V, the electrode distance was 3 cm, the airflow was 3 L/min, the electrolytic time was 30 min, the activated carbon dose was 60 g, the removal rate of COD was the highest. At the same time, it is found that the treatment of vehicle-washing wastewater by three-dimensional fluidized bed electrode method was better than three-dimensional fixed bed electrode method and two-dimensional plate electrode method.
