ABSTRACT

Conventional project assessment is to evaluate the economic benefits and social-environmental impact related item. The soil environmental quality of the Taihu Lake watershed was evaluated using a fuzzy comprehensive assessment. Statistical analyses showed the presence of combined pollution in the soil (Shen et al. 2005). The decision of the 2nd phase of Beijing subway No. 10 project is analyzed with a method of multiply fuzzy synthetic evaluation model in terms of economy, environment, society and engineering geological condition. The weight coefficient of each factor is determined by analytic hierarchy process (Zhao & Li 2010).A comprehensive and objective post-evaluation of rural electric network reformation will bring a scientific suggestion for decision-making with the financing is shortage. In the paper, on the base of analyzing methods used in post-evaluation before, a new model, which integrated with fuzzy theory, interval number and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), is proposed. The result shows that this model is feasible and more objective compared with others (Li 2008).An analytic hierarchy process is introduced into the evalution system of municipal flood control programming schemes to quantify the weight of various evalution criterion and index (Jin et al. 2002).
