However, with fast technological advances and constant increases in computer power and memory capacity, the advantages of C and java have become less and less obvious. Python-based tools have started taking over because of their code simplicity. ese tools, which are solely based on Python, have become more and more popular among researchers. Several representative programs are listed in Table 2.1.
