Noah Webster, the father of American scholarship and education, denes grati as “the unauthorized writing or drawing on a public surface.” However, this denition takes on a dierent meaning when the writer is not your average person. What if this person is a prolic grati vandal, a prolic grati vandal belonging to a grati crew, or a member of a notorious gang?
