ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: In order to facilitate the pressure sensor manufacture to test a product quality, a kind of multi-channel pressure sensor testing system based on PCI8602 data acquisition card is designed. The system is composed of industrial computer, data acquisition card, standard pressure transmitter, signal processing circuit and multi-channel sensors. The VB developed application program controls the entire testing process. By placing the 4∼20 mA standard pressure transmitter and multi-channel pressure sensors in the same testing environment, the VB application program can estimate the quality of the sensors by analyzing the real-time data acquisition of every channel. The working principle of the system is introduced; the key circuit diagram and software design method are given. The presented testing system can be widely applied in the pressure sensor testing to save manual work, reduce labor intensity and improve the testing quality.
