ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: In order to improve the restrictions of wet processing on traditional rubber asphalt, the fundamental performance test and storage stability verification of the Centralizing Supply Crumb Rubber Modified Asphalt (CS-RMA), which has a long-term storability and stability performance, were conducted through comparing with the traditional Rubber Modified Asphalt (RMA). The results show that the CS-RMA has a similar fundamental performance to RMA, without the existence of solid core rubber particles. The 22% dosage of the CS-RMA comparing with others dosage has a better workability. In addition, the CSRMA has a more superior performance of segregation resistance as well as a better compatibility and stability performance under high temperature and a long-term static storage.
