ABSTRACT: According to a current situation of domestic traditional wood polishing machine work, a new design of the band saw blade grinding machine has been designed, which changes the traditional working way and principle of polishing machine, and it achieves a high degree of automation, efficiency, easy operation and safety performance. All these satisfy the requirements needed in the process of production. Compared with the portable grinding machine, the grinding machine accuracy and efficiency is improved, the structure is simple, the movement is compact and coordinate, and can bear the equivalent force. More important of all, according to the morphological appearance design, it is simple and not necessary to consider the adaption of the man-machine feel. The band saw blade grinding machine has a great developing prospect.
