ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: In this paper, an attitude feedback force control simulation method based on the cable-driven parallel mechanism is put forward, to simulate the stress state at the moment of lunar spacecraft taking off. Eight cables-parallel mechanism of redundant constraints is adopted, and designed by the minimum cable force. The theoretical cable force of the eight cables is worked out reversely by measuring and calculating the spacecraft posture in real time. In different external disturbance force, spacecraft coupling force is analyzed and verified by Adams and Simulink. A new engineering solution is provided for the taking off simulation of lunar exploration engineering ascender. According to the simulation analysis, the force vector simulation error of the system is 3.7N when the disturbing force is 100N.
