ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Compressed air leak is a serious problem in the process of being used. This paper introduces a new type of ultrasonic air leak locating detection method, in the analysis of the leakage based on the principle of ultrasonic, we used the improved array-type ultrasonic transducer group and TDOA location algorithm to accurate positioning the location of the leak hole. In order to improve the recognition accuracy of the weak leak ultrasonic signal in various pressure channels and sealed containers, using the theory and method of data fusion, strengthen the ability to determine the presence of tiny leaks, therefore make the premise and foundation for the leak location.
