The strength analysis of non-power bogie frame for the passenger high-speed train

ABSTRACT: This paper uses the large-scale general finite element analysis software Workbench to analyze the frame. First, the finite element analysis model of the welding frame is established; the load cases on the welding frame according to the leaflet UIC 515-4 “Passenger bogie structure strength and the test method” are counted; and then the static strength on the frame is carried out and the strength calculation is performed. The calculation results indicated that this bogie frame satisfies intensity request under the superior and operation load.
