ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: At present, a tractor is widely used in the overhead line construction. During the working process, a tractor mainly relies on the anchorage of its anchor wire and the interaction between their legs and foundation to maintain its balance, thus, the pre-tension of the tractor anchor wire is crucial to smooth traction work in the anchorage construction. For the existing arrangement of tractor anchor wire, we take a certain type of tractor for the study in this paper, and by using of finite element method, the demand pre-tension of each tractor anchor wire in initial anchorage scheme under full load working condition is analyzed. On this basis, a comparative analysis of the tractor anchor wire pre-tension is carried out by changing the anchorage scheme, and we get the importance of each tractor anchor wire in maintaining tractor balance when it is in the process of traction. This paper provides useful guidance for the design and anchorage construction of the tractor.
