ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: In this paper, the transfer function of the system is identified with the least squares method. Based on the system identification theory and open loop characteristics of the hydro-viscous speed control system. A self-tuning PID controller parameter adjustment rule of the system is established based on the double optimization design method, using variable γ as a measure index of the response speed and the control smoothness. According to the requirements of the actual system, the optimal PID controller can be obtained by selecting the appropriate value of γ following the controller design method in this paper. The superiority of the control method is verified by the simulation analysis and bench test. The test results show that robustness of the system response and stability of the control is better when the speed input is higher.
