ABSTRACT
The development of CNT drives the progress of many other industries. The educational reform has been advocated and practiced, while many reform measures are underway.Thus, educational reform, aimed at CNT, is current mainstream and development direction of future. English linguistics is a burgeoning subject at present and students generally have difficulty learning while the dislike of study appears easily during learning. Based on the situation of resources shortage and review problem, it’s necessary to fully use CNT and network resources.Thus the reform of English linguistics teaching can be achieved through the research and exploration of CNT and the use of network resource [1]. Moreover, it’s necessary to build network database to record valuable and typical questions for students to review and practice. Therefore, CNT was analyzed first with the teaching characteristic and method of English linguistics in this work. With relevant network resource integration and share combined with cybernetwork resource, English linguistics item bank can be built for students to study and analyze easily.
