ABSTRACT: The burgeoning development of Chinese tourism reminds people of the necessity of improvement and innovation in cultivating tourism talents. The authoritative UNWTO TedQual Certification further stimulates thoughts of higher tourism vocational education in China. People improve teaching quality with resources from WTO on current base to build transnational interschool cooperation, hoping to change current tourism education situation in the long run. In this work, Chinese higher tourism vocational education based on UNWTO TedQual Certification was studied.
