ABSTRACT
The spirit of universal fraternity refers to a deep affection in regard to strong responsibilities for the state, nation, and the human society. Embodied with humanoriented concept, spirit of universal fraternity is the highest realm of human spirit. Brought up by Academician Yang Fujia in September 2002, the concept of “universal fraternity” has gradually attracted wide attention in education fields. In February 2008, Wang Shaoan and Zhou Yuqing from Henan Polytechnic University co-authored a book, The Spirit of Universal Fraternity and Construction of University Culture. In this book, authors have deepened the theoretical study on the exploration of the spirit of universal fraternity [1].
