ABSTRACT

Steam turbine is one of three hosts of thermal power plant; it is used to drive generators to emit energy. In order to ensure the security of electricity production and the quality of power supply, it is important to operate and control the various stages of steam turbine well [1]. DEH, mainly including computer control system and electro-hydraulic actuator, is a digital electro-hydraulic control system of a turbine [2]. The control process of steam turbine involves many nonlinear parts, including delay, inertia, interference, dead zone, and saturation, which make the control process relatively complex [3].
