Non-uniform signal reconstruction based on time base error in time-interleaved ADC system

Without affecting the accuracy of the premise sampling, TIADC effectively increases the sampling rate of the system. There are three errors: time base error, gain error, and offset error, where each contains spurious components. Time base error, the main factor of the acquisition system, which is generated by the phase error of each channel sampling clock, makes the sampling data misalignment and results in reducing SINAD seriously.
