ABSTRACT

A/D converter is a kind of electronic component that converts analog signal to digital signal. Excellent static characteristics of A/D converters for high-resolution measurement, communication, and image processing applications are important. A/D converter’s static parameters such as integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL), are important parameters used to describe theA/D converter’s performances; it represents the difference between the ideal and actual states that an A/D converter will convert. With rapid development of IC design and manufacturing technology, A/D converter’s performance continues to increase, the higher requirements to test such performances has been put forward [1].
