ABSTRACT
The strategic thought China proposed in this new era includes insisting on human orientation and building up overall, harmonious and sustainable development concept. This is also the guiding ideology of CPC on modernization construction, which plays a positive role in future development. This work made an indepth analysis of human orientation, and encouraged people to build up Scientific Outlook on Development consciously, so as to contribute to the construction of harmonious society [1]. The thought of human orientation plays a significant role in China’s social development since it makes impacts not only on human’s thinking mode, but also on their values. The thought of human orientation is based on human’s life and values human’s practical ability.
