ABSTRACT
Compared with undergraduate education, it is difficult for higher vocational education to achieve teachers and scale of higher level and realize characteristic, practicality, and profession of vocational education. With rapid development of economic society and globalization, professional education based on public English in higher vocational colleges presents urgent development needs. The purpose of higher vocational education is to develop unmarked vocational personnel for construction, manage, and service post, and the promotion of education strategy follows the basic requirement. So, higher vocational colleges should dispense complicated public English educational mode short of policy guidance and participate in education reform under new situations in order to realize professional consolidation. The students can achieve improvement of English ability again, and optimal promotion of course and skills, thus making learning activity with more pertinence and practicability. Only enough positive feedback that the students will obtain in vocational fields in the future can show that the professional education reform of public English is successful.
