ABSTRACT
With the development of communication technology and transportation, China’s opening up is deepening and the transmission of different kinds of information and thought gets quicker. However, throughout the education stage, college students’ cognitions of all things and phenomena are just sentimental understanding. Owing to lack of rational thinking to some extent, they are likely to shake their ideas and so in the process of higher education, it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education. And deepening the ideological and political education could be the first choice to improve the situation of the political education of college students. Ideological and political education takes the physiology and psychology of students as research contents, summarizes the law of human thought and behavior, and studies their complex relationships. In education, the ideas, life, and values of students are the focus of the research. Ideological and political education can guide students to form the correct thinking and behavior, thus helping them to form the law of thinking and behavior [1]. Moreover, it can make the society, schools, and families more harmonious, achieving the mutual cooperation of social members. Therefore, for every “social man,” ideological and political education is an important scientific course. As the hope and future of China, college students should get the political education scientifically. So, the deepening and reforming of education idea of ideological and political education in higher education is even more necessary and urgent.
