ABSTRACT
With rapid development of Chinese economy, more and more practical talents are required, and the traditional education focuses on theory education instead of practice education, thus causing that many students cannot quickly adapt to society after graduating from independent colleges. In fact, this is closely relevant to low level of development of independent college in cooperation between college and enterprise. The practice condition is poor, and the related professional talents absent in vocational education of many colleges [1]. Taking practice of NC machine as an example, the practice time of professional students in independent college is less than three weeks, and most of the practice is taken using wax work instead of metal. The difference of materials increases difficulty of accuracy control and operative technique, causing an unideal practice effect. It takes six months for a graduate with intermediate level to finish the professional practice, and longer time for senior workers, thus making cooperation between independent college and enterprise extremely important [2]. Practice based on enterprise can make the students know core technology, working environment, and content ahead of time, thus improving practical ability of students.
