ABSTRACT

Following SBRT, the baseline VB height is compared to subsequent follow-up imaging studies, preferably using the same imaging modality. Both sagittal and coronal views should be used if available; however, the key is to be consistent in the method. A di‰erence of ≤5% in VB height is considered insigni‚cant and could represent a measurement error and, therefore, a radiographic score of VCF is based on >5% height loss.
