1 INTRODUCTION
As economical and practical methods of foundation reinforcement, CFG compound foundation shares the feature of big bearing capacity, strong flexibility, shortening the construction period, reducing the engineering cost, convenient installation (Zhao, H.H. 2009). With the continuous development of China’s construction project, CFG compound foundation is well used in many kinds of high-rise buildings. As the building in itself has to be available for the strengthen requirement as well as the normal use, the bearing capacity of compound foundation and the foundation deformation are both needed to be considered
Armed Police Road and north to the Three Bridge New Street. It is consists of building number 1,4 and 7, 30 F, 30 F and 33 F in order, 2 F underground. The total construction area of the project is 161,000 m2, 104.3 m overall height. The design requires the compound subgrade bearing capacity be equal or greater than 620 kPa. The soil physical properties are shown in Table 1.
