The foundations of the sea and land-based settings considerably differ in a technical and economic plan from each other. The foundation for the offshore settings consists of concrete, steel piles and multi-supporting structures. The choice of the foundation type is influenced by many factors, such as depth, currents, waves’ heights, and ice danger, which are equally very important.
