ABSTRACT

Currently, the production of multi-component mixtures and powder composites is one of the most important trends in various industries. Technology of preparation of compounds of this type not only takes one of the large segments of the market, but also is a promising basis for the development in the field of technological equipment, in which the special preference is given to the different types of mixing apparatus. Analysis of various papers shows that the greatest effect can be achieved in the preparation of various mixtures in vibration mixers (Efremov 2011, Malakhov 2013), where blending components have the greatest number of impacts per unit time. The vast majority of constructions of vibrating mixers are forced mixer with balanced (inertial) vibration exciters, which relate to the vibration activator with kinematic excitation hesitation. Preference to use this type of vibrating actuators is caused by their simplicity in design concept and reliability (Hong 2012b, Hong 2012a, Paul 1999).
