ABSTRACT

By turbidity measurement and laser light scattering method the effects of the inclusion of lowmolecular electrolytes (NaCl, HClandNaOH) on the process of formation and particle size of polyelectrolyte-surfactant complexes based on poly-N, diallyl-N, N-dimethylammonium chloride, and ionogenic surfactantsodium dodecyl sulfate have been studied. It has been shown that the presence of lowmolecular electrolytes exercises a significant influence upon the limiting values ofthe phase of polyelectrolyte-surfactant complexes’ emergence and their particle sizes.
