Development of the master batch production process is bond to necessity of simplification of tread rubber manufacturing process used for “green” tires as well as elimination of toxic carbon white “dusting.” An insertion of nitrous fragments to the polymer chain, which interact with carbon white surface, was an evolution of research work over Li-PBSR rubber. Carbon white, modified by various nitrous and silicon additives, can be produced on an industrial scale as master batch with Li-PBSR. In this case, carbon white “dusting” is prevented while vulcanizate remain its properties. Thus, it can be assumed that the developed compositions can be applied to the production of tire rubbers using “green” tire technology.
