1.1 INTRODUCTION

Comments on the public space are expressed by the emotions and feelings that occur after the read or recognition of content stories in society. Comments through the writing on the public space, especially the social media which are non-government organizations or any persons who scrutinize the words of the language from the author before publishing, when a reader or receiver with less emotional maturity may be amenable to or conflict with content awareness. To write for expressing opinions on any subject matter should be written on the logical principle called a criticism writing which is through the thinking process sequentially, through screening and evaluating carefully to be a rational, reliable, attributed to decide what to believe or what to should do, however, unless the criticism writing is comprised of creativity, author may also write this to rebuke or attack others on the logical reasoning. So the neutral comment wisely without bias must include a creative and a criticism writing or Creative criticism writing (CCW) that is most suitable for e-learners in 21st century.
