ABSTRACT
Gold (Au), a representative precious metal, is used across various industrial fields due to its excellent physicochemical properties. Particularly, gold is widely applied as a surface coating material and as a bonding wire material for electrical and electronic parts, and the industrial demand for gold is expected to increase even further in the future (Marsden & House, 2006, Adams 2005).
