ABSTRACT
The main function of the wire rope was checking of clean inspection maintenance system and maintaining the grid lines after tension stringing, in order to improve the service life of wire rope and ensure the safety of construction. The pay-off equipment was an important part of maintenance system, which can spread the wire rope by winding the wheel and ensuring inspection maintenance system that can work normally. When the pay-off equipment clamped the rope wheel, the main shaft needed to insert the center hole of the pay-off equipment. Especially the original clamped positioning device lacks flexible mechanism in the main shaft in the application process, which was difficult to make the rope wheel hole at the right position of the spindle, because of the deformation of stringing construction of rope wheel. At the same time, operation is time-consuming and high labor intensity for workers reduced the working efficiency of the whole maintenance system.
