ABSTRACT
Many nations including South Korea have been interested in the generation of nuclear power to produce and utilize energy efficiently and much social attention has been paid to safety of nuclear power plant structures after Fukushima nuclear accident. Therefore, it is time to verify the structural materials to ensure the safety of nuclear power plant structures primarily along with efficient designs.
